How does setup work?

On all plans, your website is built using our premium hospitality templates — personalised with your logo, colours, menu and photos. On the Starter plan, you fill in a simple brief and your site is ready within 48 hours. On the Studio and Venue plans, we handle everything for you with additional features and ongoing support.
Can I use my own domain name?

Yes — all plans include custom domain connection. If you already have a domain (e.g. mycafe.com), we'll connect it to your new Aperto site as part of the setup process.
What if I don't have my own web domain?

No problem — we can help you purchase one as part of your setup. Domains typically cost around $15–20 per year and we'll handle the connection for you.
What if I want to change templates later?

You can switch templates at any time. Just let us know and we'll migrate your content across to the new design — no extra charge.
Is there a lock-in contract?

Never. Aperto is month-to-month and you can cancel any time with no penalties or fees.
What do I need to provide to get started?

Just your logo, a few photos of your venue and food, your menu, opening hours and contact details. We take care of putting it all together. If you don't have professional photos yet, we can work with what you have.
How long does it take to go live?

On the Starter plan your site is delivered within 48 hours of submitting your brief. On Studio and Venue plans we also deliver within 48 hours, with additional personalisation and setup included.
Can I update my menu and hours myself?

On the Studio and Venue plans, content updates are included — just send us the changes and we'll handle it. On the Starter plan, updates can be requested and we'll turn them around quickly.
What happens after the free month?

After your first month free, your chosen plan continues at its regular price — $19, $35 or $65 per month. You'll be notified before any charge and can cancel any time.
What if I'm not happy with the result?

We'll work with you until you're satisfied. If we built your site on the Studio or Venue plan and it's not what you expected, we'll revise it at no extra cost. Your happiness with the end result is the whole point.
